On day one breakfast consists of black coffee or tea (with
Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, one half Grapefruit or 8
ounces of Juice, and one slice toast with one Tbsp. Peanut
Butter. Lunch consists of half a cup of Tuna on one slice of
toast and black coffee or tea (sweetened with Sweet & Low
or Equal) or water. Dinner consists of 3 ounces of a lean meat,
1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of vanilla ice
cream, one medium apple, and to drink black coffee or tea (with
Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Day two breakfast consists of black coffee or tea (with
Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, One egg cooked any style,
one slice of toast, and one banana. Lunch consists of one cup
of cottage cheese or tuna, five saltine crackers, and black
coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner
is 2 beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots,one
banana, one cup of broccoli or cabbage, one half cup of vanilla
ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or
Equal) or water.
And finally day three breakfast consists of black coffee or
tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, five plain
saltine crackers, one ounce(slice) cheddar cheese, and an
apple. Lunch consists of a hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast,
and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or
water. Dinner is one cup of tuna, one cup of carrots, one cup
of cauliflower, one cup of melon, one half cup of regular
vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet &
Low or Equal) or water.
Lemons, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as needed.
You can also make substitutions such as cottage cheese for
tuna, an orange for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt for ice
cream. Please remember that this fast weight loss
diet is a three day diet, only to be used as part
of an overall balanced diet. Another great idea is to ask the
local hospital what they serve for patients on low calorie
diets.
